I am pleased to recommend Kimberly Decker as a mortgage loan officer. Kimberly went above and beyond when helping me through my mortgage process. I had an unusual situation where an original document was needed from my previous mortgage lender in order to close the deal. The previous company could not locate this document and it was putting the new deal in jeopardy. This was not Kimberly's responsibility, nor did it have anything to do with Greenway, but she helped me investigate the whereabouts of the document in order for me to close. She was on the phone with me day and night, weekends and holidays and finally we located the document and I was able to closed on my new house. She is very personal and took my plight to heart.
